Just 20 requests have been made since the new Freedom of Information Act came into force a month ago.
And no fewer than 12 of those 20 have been requested by one man –
Peel resident Trevor Cowin, a regular contributor to the letters pages
of Isle of Man Newspapers.
‘I thought I’d make sure that the FoI Act wasn’t a damp squib,’ he told the Examiner.
