*Fiji *approved a *National Policy on Open Educational Resources*. The
purpose of the policy

is an opportunity for public two-year colleges in the U.S. and Canada to
apply for funding to develop OER-based degrees, aiming to increase

Educational Technology in Higher Education (ETHE)*. The journal focuses on
