Hi Eleanor

I've worked with Monica Askay a couple of times:  http://monica-askay.co.uk

She is based in Newmarket, but she travelled to Brent / North London and bought all the necessary equipment, including period costumes.

She was very good - even her historically accurate Victorian gruel was … palatable!

All the best,

Sorcha

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend someone to run historic food workshops in the south east of England?

All suggestions gratefully received!

Thanks,

Eleanor
