Planning and Design for Interpretive Panels Course

Did you know???

* Panels can work to accomplish management objectives.

* Do you know the newest and most vandal resistant interpretive panel materials?

* Panels should generate more "benefits" than they cost.

* Interpretive panels don't need expensive frames anymore.

* Interpretive panels should generally not have more than 100 words of main text (according to research).

* You need to deliver your message on your panel in about 15 seconds.

* Unless you panels are themed to one theme, the memory retention from a person actually reading your panels is under a minute (from evaluation post panel contact studies).

* An interpretive panel needs to actually use Tilden's Interpretive Principles in its design and text.

* Interpretive panels don't have to be square either.
