Hello, Is it possible that you typed something like: fslmaths 1.nii.gz -add 2 1_2_added.nii.gz rather than fslmaths 1.nii.gz -add 2.nii.gz 1_2_added.nii.gz ? As a check, can you rename your files to something with a non-numeric basename, e.g. image1.nii.gz, image2.nii.gz and repeat the fslmaths call? Kind Regards Matthew > Hello, > I have uploaded the 1_2_added file and my image from fslview > > Also, I have noted that with fslview I see the region 1 with the intensity > name 1 (correct) and region 2 with the intensity name 2 (also correct), but > with the 1_2_added file I see only a region with intensity name 3 (!) . > > Best > AV >> ----Messaggio originale---- >> Da: Matthew Webster <[log in to unmask]> >> Data: 10-mar-2016 10.31 >> A: <[log in to unmask]> >> Ogg: Re: [FSL] [FSL] fsl maths -add >> >> Hello, >> I have just used fslmaths to add the two files together and the output looks > fine - can you also upload the output from your run of fslmaths? >> >> Kind Regards >> Matthew >> >>> Hello Matthew >>> I have uploaded two nii files (they are the region1 and the region2 of the >>> Juelich-maxprob-thr0-1mm atlas that I have divided in 121 single regions). > As I >>> mentioned in past email, I have made the same for the HarvardOxford atlas > in >>> order to add some of its regions to the Juelich atlas, and finally build > an >>> hybrid one. >>> >>> But, like you see, I have a problem with the fslmaths -add function to > union >>> region1 and region2. >>> >>> Thanks in advance >>> Best >>> AV >>> >>> >>>> ----Messaggio originale---- >>>> Da: Matthew Webster <[log in to unmask]> >>>> Data: 9-mar-2016 17.33 >>>> A: <[log in to unmask]> >>>> Ogg: Re: [FSL] fsl maths -add >>>> >>>> Hello, >>>> Can you tar and upload the 3 files to: >>>> >>>> https://oxfile.ox.ac.uk/oxfile/work/extBox?id=700839B35190E48BF >>>> >>>> Kind Regards >>>> Matthew >>>> >>>>> Desr FSL experts, >>>>> >>>>> I am trying to add many nii.gz files with the following commands: >>>>> >>>>> e.g. -fslmaths x.nii.gz -add y.nii.gz x-y-added >>>>> >>>>> but when I visualize the result with fslview I don't see the summa of x. > nii. >>> gz and y.nii.gz . >>>>> >>>>> I kindly ask to know what is my error. >>>>> >>>>> Thanks in advance >>>>> Best >>>>> AV >>>> >>
