Hi FSL experts I'v recently downloaded and installed fsl 5.0.9 using the fslinstaller.py and everything worked just fine until I tried using eddy. I can't find eddy on my system. Is eddy not included in the default installation, and if so, how do I get a hold of it? I'm currently running Redhat 6.0. I've seen that there are similiar posts about eddy in fsl 5.0.9., but I haven't found a reply. Thanks in advance for any help concerning this!
