FSL users
I am running dual_regression on a group melodic output using dual_regression v0.5 (beta). I am getting an error on the n_perm input that says:
/bin/cp: cannot stat '5000': No such file or directory
Here is my command line arg:
dual_regression groupmelodic.ica/melodic_IC /storage/SambaShare/NMI/Task_3p2/NFT_D5-D1_group/design.mat /storage/SambaShare/NMI/Task_3p2/NFT_D5-D1_group/design.con 5000 /storage/SambaShare/NMI/Task_3p2/DAY1-DAY5_melodic.gica/groupmelodic.ica/D5-D1.DR
