Hi,
On a slightly different tack, it’s very similar to the issues with Pearson’s Qualification Management. It’s painful to use and very user unfriendly and Pearson’s response is that it’s optimized for Chrome, but it doesn’t actually make any difference.

We have found the compatibility settings stops information being populated into evolve test bookings, we have a number of site IDS, and none can be selected with the compatibility settings changed as they suggested.
We are having problems with log ins and usability of the new layout.. nightmare!

I loved the old Walled Garden for it’s simple, uncluttered look and speed of processing, but not anymore!

Yes,……..agreed, we are all really frustrated with the new Walled Garden. We are having the very same problem. Last night it took 50 mins to complete a registration for 5 candidates. I also find the catalogue page showing the necessary units quite cumbersome to navigate.

Was just about to pull my eyes out in frustration while trying to register candidates on the alleged ‘refreshed and improved’ walled garden and wondered if anyone else is find this just as frustrating as us – so far 5 registrations have taken me over 20 minutes?????
