I was un-fortunate fortunate to be an early user of the refreshed WG.  The answer from C&G Customer Services – funny that, ‘C&G’ and ‘Customer Service’ in one sentence, not heard very often – is their stock answer to everything. Don’t think that many people get much of an improvement after switching to their recommend view.  I mainly use Chrome, as some pages do not display properly in IE or Edge.

My main gripes are the number of scroll bars that are available on one page – so much choice, so much confusion – and how there is no ‘Print’ button on the Course Catalogue page, oh, and how the unit calculator never seems to work.

Anyway, onwards and ???

Kind Regards

Hi,

We’ve been waiting for about 45 mins for an order for a single registration to be processed.

I loved the old Walled Garden for it’s simple, uncluttered look and speed of processing, but not anymore!

Regards,

Graham

Hi,

Yes,……..agreed, we are all really frustrated with the new Walled Garden. We are having the very same problem. Last night it took 50 mins to complete a registration for 5 candidates. I also find the catalogue page showing the necessary units quite cumbersome to navigate.

Good Morning Jisc-ers

Was just about to pull my eyes out in frustration while trying to register candidates on the alleged ‘refreshed and improved’ walled garden and wondered if anyone else is find this just as frustrating as us – so far 5 registrations have taken me over 20 minutes?????

Please say you are all hating this as much as us!

Thanks

Kelly
