For us Group Wikis are available to all on the module by default (same for Group Journals – we changed our language pack for this tool setting as it wasn’t obvious to the end user).

I’m pretty sure this wasn’t always the case (certainly for Journals) and it changed at one of our upgrades.

We are on version 9.1 Oct 14.

Subject: Group wikis visible to all by default?

Dear List,

 

Are group wikis that are available to groups on a module as part of the collaboration tools visible to all module students by default? If so, I have found that you can only limit visibility/access of a Wiki to a group by manually changing properties/settings for each wiki one-by-one. Is that correct or is there a quick fix that I am missing?
