SINGAPORE: Singapore will adopt a three-pronged approach to preserve its historical records, including making them more accessible to the public, said Communications and Information Minister Dr Yaacob Ibrahim at the opening ceremony of the Joint Technical Symposium on Monday (Mar 7).
