Due to the entropic nature of the problem, one would need to procure a UKAS accredited Thermos flask would require a set of equations around the zeroth law of thermodynamics to accommodate the inevitable uncertainties that you describe. What would seem to be on the face of it, a simple pragmatic approach, actually turns out to be highly complex, almost intractable problem requiring someone with the intellect of Newton to write the SOP. We are having trouble sourcing a container that is suitable for pre-warming and transporting collection tubes for this purpose. I would appreciate hearing about what devices other labs use for cyroglobulin evaluation and where to get them.
