2nd Call for Papers: Making an Impact: Creating Constructive Conversations
The University of Surrey’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management is hosting a major international tourism, hospitality and events conference 19-22 July 2016. We look forward to welcoming you at the University’s
Guildford, Surrey campus in the UK for a vibrant programme of workshops, networking, exchange and social activities starting with a full day of PhD workshops on day one.
Academics are increasingly encouraged to engage in enquiry, which contributes to society and the economy and to identify and collaborate with stakeholders, who can benefit from their research through improving
social/welfare/public services, influencing public policy or contributing to operational/organizational change. This conference is a space for exchange between and among such stakeholders and academics and for the tourism, hospitality and events fields to
learn from good practice in other areas and sectors. It will include keynotes, stakeholder- and end-user-led discussion groups and parallel papers & posters considering and showcasing the delivery and assessment of engaged and impactful research

The conference organizers welcome posters; short (3 slide) presentations and full presentations. Contributors can also submit full papers for publication in the conference proceedings. For all contributions a
