I was directed to you by Judith Crouch of the V&A.

Acting on behalf of a friend I have a large collection of Friendly Society artefacts which may be of interest to a museum for display.  There are 30 items in total, including four loving cups, 17 jugs of varying sizes plus other objects.  I have attached two photos to illustrate the type of items of which I speak.

My friend wishes to donate these, but would want to know they were going to a good home.  She is based in Yorkshire.  SOme of the items relate to specific cities or towns  such as Manchester, Derby and Beeston to name a few.

I wonder if you could advise me of which museums might have a special interest in these, if any.

Many thanks.
