Maybe Doug has a point, Andrew. So 'By a small creek/on wild paddocks/in
Middlemarch outside of/Dunedin in New Zealand/lies a derelict house etc
Might make the place more ethereal. If that's what you're after of
course. Impressed that Middlemarch is a place in NZ.
