CW Foster, Associated Architectural Societies' Reports and Papers, 41 (1932/3), 179-218 (p 179)]Alnwick is known to have owned or borrowed books of Canon and Civil Law, Gregory the Great's, Moralia, Origen on the Pentateuch, etc, Roger de Waltham's Compendium Morale and liturgical books.I would be very grateful for any suggestions as to what these 'meditacions' might have been.many thanks,RosemaryDr RCE Hayes
