Dear colleagues

You are invited to apply to the 22nd Teachers Training Conference to be held at Manchester Conference Centre, The University of Manchester, on 2nd and 3th April 2016. The theme of the conference is "Chinese Education in the UK - The Complete Picture" and the proceedings will be conducted in English, Mandarin and Cantonese where appropriate.

The keynote speaker on Day One is Mrs Bernardette Holmes MBE, a Bye-Fellow of Downing College, University of Cambridge and Campaign Director of Speak to the Future; she is currently advising the Department for Eductaion on curriculum reform for modern languages and is lead drafter of the new GCSE criteria for both modern and ancient languages. She will be speaking at the conference on "Languages for a Global Future".
