number sentence (often used in primary school for sums etc)

sign (as in plus, minus, etc)

pattern (i.e. where you have to assess the sequence of numbers, what’s the pattern?)

How many paperclips long is the toothbrush? (i.e. using paperclips to measure things in length)

The sticks are in bundles of tens and in ones.

Which of these could you measure using a ruler?
