Thank you for your questions!  I've done some translation.  It would be good if the other teachers could doulbe check and point out if anything wrong.

Number line (i.e. where there are a series of numbers and some of them are missing)

Translation: Chinese don't use Number line, so I have no proper name for it.

number sentence (often used in primary school for sums etc)
算式

sign (as in plus, minus, etc)
加减号

pattern (i.e. where you have to assess the sequence of numbers, what’s the pattern?)
规律

How many paperclips long is the toothbrush? (i.e. using paperclips to measure things in length)
要用几个回形针来测量这管牙膏？

The sticks are in bundles of tens and in ones.
棒子一捆十个

Which of these could you measure using a ruler?
这些个东西，哪些能用尺测量？
