Hello everyone,

Peoplescape Theatre, in conjunction with the National Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark and Horniman Museum & Gardens have worked with SEN Primary Schools local to each museum to create a story inspired by their collections. This was developed into an interactive story-telling performance called Tom’s Ship of Stories, which SEN primary schools local to each museum, had the opportunity to come and not only see, but take part in!

Feedback from groups was wonderful:

"Very well thought through, addressing the sensory, auditory and visual needs of the audience." (Teacher at Drumbeat School)
"The whole performance was fantastic, children were extremely engaged." (Teacher at Willowdene School)
"Lovely to come to something that was pitched at just the right level." (Teacher at Watergate School)

As part of the project there will be a showcase open to those working in museum/theatre/SEN education, so if you would like to find out more please do come along. All details are on the attached flier.
