You’ve should’ve had (a fair few) emails regarding the change – using your new username (probably your work email and existing password) will ‘refresh’
you. But once you change you can’t go back!!

I have been using it for a few months now as we were part of the London pilot group. As is typical with C&G, they develop something first, without seeking the views
of those people who are its users, introduce what they think are great, new improvements and then ignore any feedback.
I don’t like the fact that I cannot seem to print out a copy of a qualification’s catalogue, as I could before, those grey side-bars drive me potty and don’t get me
started on the Quality Portal, which if you are the named quality person in your orgnisation you have access to it and with me it keeps on disappearing and it takes ages for them to re-instate it!!
They should have left it like it was.
Are we all ready for Nottingham on Tuesday?

Also totally agree.
Can no longer search by qualification aim in the catalogue. You are supposed to know every C&G six digit code by heart. Had to go to main website to get the six
digit code that matched the qualification aim, then back to Walled Garden.
Also not so flexible when trying to book the same student for multiple EVOLVE exams, which were taking ages to come through.
Doesn’t seem like much improvement at present.

Not very happy with it. Very slow and "clunky" - not a smooth process at all. Takes a long time to register candidates - very time consuming. Maybe they should add "go and make a coffee" in between screens.
Why do they need that grey bar at the bottom of every screen??? I Thought the old one was better.
