Hi,

Has anyone else been experiencing problems with exporting references from Wiley to Endnote Online?  This is the message that one of our students got, and also a member of staff who had not installed EndNote Desktop.  Looking at the help it appears that there should be an option to save the file, but we don’t have this option.

Any advice most gratefully received!

Joanna
