This may not be substantial enough for your needs Sharon, and perhaps it is
not quite to point, but attached find an instrument we used in one study of
employability skills development from work placements - for triangulating
with students' views of same. (The formatting is a bit awry when exported
to .pdf but you will get the items from this...).
