Hi Bing,

WHAT_CHECK writes out a file with new coordinates for all the waters that need moving.

Cheers,
Robbie

Onderwerp: [ccp4bb] Waters around neighboring asymmetric mates were counted into the working protein model

Recently I met a question. When I was refining that structure, I did not notice. after I done, I found part of water molecules (maybe 10-20% of water molecules) are far away from my protein surface. These water molecules are actually around other neighboring asymmetric mates. Thus when I check some special waters which is suppose to be here, but it can not show up. It is not convenient. Do you guys know how to fix it quickly (I mean, put these water back to proper position)?

Thanks,

Bing
