Dear Katie

Your ability to grant permission for reuse is not determined by the physical location of the documents. As copyright holder, all requests for reuse should be directed to you. You are then free to decide if you wish to grant permission to enable reuse and on what terms. However, we would advise you to check the terms of any agreement you may have with the first publisher to ensure you have not inadvertently assigned or exclusively licenced the copyright in the documents over to them. If this is the case, all requests for reuse should be handled by the first publisher directly.

Best wishes

James
