To be considered, you will have a PhD (or MSc and equivalent research experience) in statistics or other numerate discipline, a demonstrated excellent understanding of a range of statistical concepts and techniques (linear, logistic and Cox regression models etc.), excellent programming skills (in SAS and/or R), meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and a desire to develop your career in medical research.

Informal enquiries should be addressed to Professor Richard Gray ([log in to unmask]).

If no suitable Grade 7 applicant is forthcoming, an appointment at Grade 6 (£27,328 - £32,600 p.a.) with appropriate adjustment of duties and additional training may be considered.
