The 3rd Bayesian Young Statisticians Meeting, BAYSM2016, endorsed by the International Society for Bayesian Analysis (ISBA), will take place in Florence, Italy (19-21 June 2016), as a satellite to the ISBA 2016 world meeting.
BAYSM is dedicated to Ph.D. Students, M.S. Students, Post-Docs, Young and Junior Researchers working in the field of Bayesian statistics, providing an opportunity to connect with the Bayesian community at large. Senior discussants will be present at each session, providing participants with advise and comments to their work. Recognized figures of the Bayesian community will also participate as keynote and plenary speakers, making an altogether exciting program.
Registration is now open (http://web.mi.imati.cnr.it/conferences/BAYSM2016/regandfees.html) and will be available with an early bird discount until April 15.
The event will be hosted by the University of Florence (http://www.unifi.it/changelang-eng.html) and the Sala dei Duecento of the Palazzo Vechio (http://museicivicifiorentini.comune.fi.it/en/palazzovecchio).
