Dr. Les Dolega will give an overview of the study he conducted on e-resilience of UK retail centres<https://speakerdeck.com/ldolega/conference-in-montreal-july-2015>. The Oxford Internet Survey (OxIS)<http://oxis.oii.ox.ac.uk/>, a survey of internet use in Britain, UK 2011 Census and Internet infrastructure data were used to obtain Internet User Classifications and retail centre catchment profiles, which in turn, were intersected with the retail supply vulnerability index derived from Local Data Company (LDC) retail data<https://data.cdrc.ac.uk/product/local-data-company-retail-data> on town centres occupancy.
