Hi everyone,

I would just like to report that my Phocus problem has been fixed, hoorah!
It turned out that it was a problem with the Graphics Card, the IT
department have put in another card, so I now have two running together
apparently, and my Dxdiag thingy no longer says 'Standard Graphics Card
Adapter'. I still only have 8GB Ram but so far this is proving to be
sufficient.

Thank you so much for all your advice, I wouldn't have been able to get IT
to listen to me or check the Graphics card without it.

Best wishes to you all,
Claire :-)
