Hi Donald and all In ppi is the de convolution step needed? Also what is de convolved - the stimuli of the experiment only? Or as well the time course of the voxel or the ROI? But then the fmri time course observed signal is not convolved at any time so how does the ROI is de convolved or when it was convolved to be de convolved ? The confusion for me is that my understanding is that the experimental stimuli are the ones to be convolved only to match the observed fmri data.. Sorry if it is a a basic question Regards, Aser
