Hello experts, I ran some PPI analysis using the gPPI toolbox using create_sphere_image to define the VOI. I set the coordinates for the area of interest peak activation on the second level analysis (using a 6mm sphere radius). I was wondering: - does it threshold for each subject? and if so how do you define the threshold, is t always automatic to p<0.05? - does it allow for the sphere to move depending on the subjects peak activation for that area?
