Senior Teaching Fellow - Faculty Development

Based in Academic Unit of Medical Education / Medical Education Development Unit / Faculty of Medicine / University of Southampton

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Teaching Fellow - Faculty Development to join the Medical Education Development Unit in the Faculty of Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of faculty development for teachers of undergraduate medical students. 

As the post holder, you will focus on faculty development relating to the early years of the undergraduate medical curriculum. You will also contribute to other areas of faculty development as appropriate. Working with a wide range of staff from different backgrounds, you will promote and enhance our shared vision for the students. This will include running interactive training workshops and managing our eLearning faculty development resource.

The ability to undertake some travel between sites is essential for this post.

Please note: Although this role involves contact with Germany, it is NOT an essential requirement that the successful candidate speaks German.
