I'm looking for papers that may discuss the origins of the use of PICO for systematic reviews and any that discuss the challenges of PICO for review questions. Having done a search I'm convinced that there is more out there and that this may be discussed within papers rather than be the main focus, so if you have come across any I'd be grateful if you coud let me know.
