Hi,

Thank-you to everyone who responded to this request for help. We're going to go with the tick box with separate submit button

option as this seems to be what the majority of you are using.

Kind regards,

Nicky

Subject: Electronic Copyright forms

Hi,

We are just moving over to an electronic request form and wondered how other libraries deal with their copyright declarations.

Do you use a check box (I Agree) and have a separate submit button?

or

Do you have a statement next to the submit button (by clicking on the submit button you agree to the copyright declaration).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Nicky
