Hi Patrick, Not noticed but it wouldn't surprise, there have been plans to withdraw the Core Content for the NHS E-books for some time as it is so out of date. I have attached a list - which I think was correct 3 years ago. It includes the core content titles and the titles Ingram-Coutts made available through the North West Consortia deal i.e. you buy 5 copies of an e-book and it is made available to all NHS services in the North West. Not sure if that deal is still standing. I have been backing away from e-books of late as I can't get anyone to use them (even if they requested it as an e-book), so I haven't looked to update the holdings list. If interested in auditing you can request that Coutts-Ingram can give you a list of titles which are accessible across the region.
