Subject: Heritage Gateway updates please

Dear all,

Happy New Year!

It is that time of the year again where I ask HERs with contact details on Heritage Gateway to check that their details (including web address!) are all up to date and correct. If you have sent me updates in November or December you don’t need to check (but you can if you want!).

As usual if your details need changing please contact me off list. If your details are still correct please e-mail me (also off list) to say that is the case so I can at least update your date stamp. Don’t forget this gives users the confidence that the information is correct. We will also pass on any updates to Listing colleagues (via coordinators).

All the best

Sarah
