Hi Helen,
I used to have an HER feedback form which I issued with each and every HER enquiry and needless to say got a low number of responses.
A couple of years ago I designed an annual online questionnaire but was unable to get our ICT to put it on the corporate website. Will try again!
Regards,
Julia

Subject: Qualitative assessment!!
Hi all,
Do any of you carry out any kind of qualitative assessment as to whether people are happy with the service they receive from your HER? The issue has been raised here and I’m not sure people will be keen on completing a questionnaire for
me..! Any thoughts much appreciated.
Thanks,
Helen Wells
