On 21 March 2016 the Geological Society are hosting a one day meeting focussing on land contamination at Cardiff University. As part of the Geological Society's 'Year of Water' this one day meeting will discuss the latest policy and how new technology can benefit the management, regulation, assessment and characterisation of land affected by contamination. We'll have a packed programme of 14 talks across the day and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
