I have realized that some of my images have too large necks. I have tried with fslroi....but for me it is being difficult how to define X Y and Z coordinates with FSLWiew...any help with this would be greatly appreciate. I had some results with some images but still find difficult how to define the corners regarding to X, Y and Z...
