Just to be sure, if my hypotheses are to test whether significant differences in FA exist between:

1) each patient group and the control group respectively
2) between patient groups *(to provide more context, they are subgroups of a disease)

Would I still demean for medication dosages only across the 2 patient groups, or across all groups?
