There are two places you can tick ‘is award’ against the cash, either directly in the basedata or once the syllabus, option and components are attached to the offering.
If you do it the basedata it will always be ticked when you attach it to a offering. For A2 offerings this is ok, it’s when the A2 learners are re-sitting and re-cashing at AS level that you do not want it ticked
against the offering

this box appears - for the AQA quals, should it be only at an option level?
