Dear Peter

Possibly Ribes sp. that have lost their outer seed coat as part of the mineralisation process.

Kind regards

Gill

Subject: Help with seed ID

Dear all

I have found these mineralized seeds in a pit from a Viking age settlement.

They look like Najas, but it would be very strange to find Najas seeds there. Are there any other suggestions?

Med venlig hilsen / Best regards
