Dear SPM experts, I am going to model repetition effect on brain connectivity (SEP) by exponential function "exp(-r)". I consider 4 repetitions of peripheral nerve stimuli: r=0( 3rd repletion), 1 (25th repetition) ,2 (50th repetition) ,3 (75th repetition) ,4 (100th repetition) according to paper “Repetition suppression and plasticity in the human brain”. How can I define between trial effect matrix? Should I consider baseline condition? Thank you for any help, Best, Pari
