Dear SPM team! Could you please help me with the following issue: For the resting state DCM analysis I specified VOIs for some regions (400 scans in each). Now I'd like to compare the inverted DCMs with new ones based on first 200 scans and last 200 scans on the same data. Is it possible just to shorten obtained VOIs? (i.e. taking first 200 values from variable Y and 200 first values from xY.x0, xY.y and xY.u) Or I need to perform all steps again (specify GLM, select VOIs and etc.)? Thanks in advance, Alex
