Dear Spm experts, I have run some stats outside of spm to account for a multi-level nature of the data in a multisite study, voxelwise. I have now a t-map.nii with all my t stats, voxelwise. I'd like to use the spm functions to apply FWE and FDR multiple testing correction as well as Random Field Theory to get the cluster-significance. What functions should I call to achieve this ?
