BENEDICTIO CERVISE AD EPULAM

Domine sancte, Pater omnipotens, aeterne Deus qui fecisti caelum et terram, mare
et omnia que in eis sunt, rogo te et peto in nomine Jesu Christi unigeniti filii
tui, ut sanctificare digneris et benedicere epulam istam, sicut benedixisti
epulationem Habrahe, Isaac, Jacob, et sicut benedixisti sex hydrias in Chanan
Galileae que in vinum bonum converse sunt de aqua, ita convertere digneris
materiam istam cervise in suavitatem et hilaritatem servis tuis his, qui in fide
catholica crediderunt.
