I've dug out my various texts, but the situation with the Durham Collectar is complicated (the best edition doesn't give the Old English text!), so for the time being here is a shorter blessing from the Egbert Pontifical (I have regularised "u" and "v" and punctuation):

BENEDICTIO POTUS SI MUS AUT MUSTELLA MERGITUR INTUS

Benedic, Domine, hunc potum, et haec vasa sicut benedixisti sex ydrias lapideas capientes metretias binas vel ternas, et vinum factum de aqua in Chana Galileae, sic benedicere digneris cervisam istam, ut sint sani et inmaculati omnes qui ex eo bibituri sunt, per invocationem nominis tui, Domine, qui regnes in saecula.
