Yes, agreed, Martin! Of course if it is useful to share problems on the list, then please continue do so - the list is not moderated, and I was just trying to avoid e-mail overload, as you say! (We had received feedback that the list was getting over-run with similar e-mails so I was trying to encourage people not to duplicate if all was well.)

Thanks,

Ally

I think we should definitely allow more than 40 minutes and 3 responses early in the morning before we assume a significant enough response has been made to a query to be representative! If anyone else is experiencing issues I would be interested to know!

In order to avoid excessive email overload, it probably isn't worth responding if you aren't having problems, however. That it isn't unilateral is clear enough, I suppose.

Best wishes

Hi Tom

I think there have been enough replies now to establish that this is not a general problem, so you would probably need to contact Springer to find out what the issue is with your access.

Perhaps we could now bring this string to a close.

Dear All,

Is anyone else having any issues accessing Springer eBooks? It is saying that we need to purchase eBooks which are already part of our collection.

Thanks
