I think we should definitely allow more than 40 minutes and 3 responses early in the morning before we assume a significant enough response has been made to a query to be representative! If anyone else is experiencing issues I would be interested to know! In order to avoid excessive email overload, it probably isn't worth responding if you aren't having problems, however. That it isn't unilateral is clear enough, I suppose.
