Hi guys

Some developers are looking to develop a site which held an Army Camp. I am trying to determine the appropriate level of mitigation. I have ideas but trying to gauge the reasonableness of them.

Has anyone else dealt with development on former Army Camps? What have you done for mitigation?

I am aware of the 2006 EH report, which mentions this site. The site has been largely cleared of structures, and there has been a DBA and some evaluation, which revealed some interesting things (building footprints and contemporary artefacts). Dating probably post war (in terms of what was encountered) though some of it could relate to the WWII buildings.

Any thoughts appreciated.

thanks

best wishes
