Subject: Maths led sessions
Hello all,
I’m hoping you might be able to offer some advice or point me in the right direction. We are looking at developing a maths-focused session for Primary Schools based around one of our museum sites and I wanted to see if anyone in the world of GEM can offer any advice or support about what has worked well (or not so well) for them at their own sites. Things I am particularly interested in finding out more about are:
· Types of maths activities done on gallery (within the museum spaces)
· How you have tackled differentiation across the two primary key stages
· General words of wisdom.
· What to avoid!
I will be more than happy to share responses.
